By accessing or using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions and we reserve the right to refuse access to all or part of the Site to any user who violates them. You also agree not to post or transmit texts or images that could be considered unlawful or offensive, notably pornographic or inciting hatred, or any material that could provoke such behaviour. Airwell Residential reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary in the event of the Site being used to distribute such material.

The Site is subject to French law and jurisdiction; its official language is French.

Airwell Residential launched the Site for information purposes only. Any commercial use of data presented on the site, even partial, is prohibited unless approved beforehand in writing by Airwell Residential. Airwell Residential informs the users of this Site that its elements are subject to copyright protection, including visuals, articles and animations. The protected elements are the sole property of Airwell Residential or third parties authorised by Airwell Residential to use them. In this respect, any reproduction, representation, use, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation, marketing, in whole or in part, without prior approval from Airwell Residential is forbidden under the Intellectual Property Code (CPL) and will be deemed to be an infringement of intellectual property rights punishable by three years imprisonment and a €300,000 fine (CPL, art. L335-1s).

Personal Data

Personal information concerning the user is intended for Airwell Residential. In compliance with article 27 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, information given by the user on forms is required for response handling and is intended for Airwell Residential, which is responsible for its processing to this end.

Modification

Airwell Residential reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions of use of the Site at any moment and without notice. Any use of the Site following modification(s) shall be deemed acceptance of any modification, addition or deletion thereof.

Airwell Residential reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend all or part of the Site, including its layout and content. Airwell Residential may also impose limits on certain services and/or features of the Site, or restrict access to certain parts of the Site without notice or liability.

Site Availability
